Is the course live?
- This is a pre-recorded course. All the materials composing the course are in video format, and you can watch it whenever you prefer. The course is not live.

Is the course for everyone?
- Certainly, This course is perfect for absolute beginners as well as intermediates. You don't necessarily need prior knowledge of watercolor painting because my course is specifically tailored for newcomers and intermediates, making it accessible to everyone.

How can I pay?
- You can pay with any debit or credit card enabled for online payments (for example Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, etc.). You can also pay through PayPal.

Do you have a refund policy?
- Yes, of course! If you're unsatisfied with the course within the initial 7 days, you can receive a full refund. Just email me, and I'll process the refund promptly without any questions. I guarantee that all my students are content with their purchases! But please note that if you consume 30% or more of the course, you are not entitled to a refund.

Will I receive the course access right away?
- Yes! You will get access to the whole course, including the free templates.

For how long will I have access to the course?
- Enjoy unrestricted lifetime access to the course throughout, allowing you to watch videos and utilize materials at your own pace. Upon completion, a badge and a certificate will be awarded.

Can I buy the course as a gift?
- Absolutely! Buy the course, then email me at littleheartcreates@gmail.com with GIFT as the subject. Provide the recipient's email and I'll create an account with the course for them.

Can you recommend a few products that you have used?
- Sure! I have used a few good quality materials. You do not have to use the same brands I have used. But always use good quality materials because that will definitely affect the quality of your work. Recommending a few products below.
  - Metallic Watercolor: Skrim Watercolor, but you may use the one available near your place
  - Paper: Canson Montwal watercolor paper or similar
  - Colors: Schmincke Watercolor or similar
  - Brushes: Princeton or similar
  - Pencils: Faber-Castell, Staedtler, or similar
  - Eraser: Any

Will registrations reopen soon?
- Yes! We have limited seats for every batch. We close the batch once it is full. Join our mailing list and we'll announce once the batch reopens, new offers and get early bird access to new courses.
