Who owns the right to the artwork?
All rights to the artwork are owned by Littleheartcreates. Buyers have the right to display artwork; but may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce the artwork in any form.
Commissions, Handling & Size:

Do you accept commissions?
I accept only a few commissions on a case to case basis. You may contact me and we can discuss it further.
Does the art vary in size or color and any handling advice?
Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen, and minor ratio differences occur as the image is resized.
Due to the delicate nature of the paper, handle the print by its edges only, refraining from touching the surface when possible.

How may I order a customized size?
All available prints come in A5 & A4. You may sign up to my newsletter at the base of this page to be updated on future announcement of larger sizes.
Shipping & Returns:

How do you ship and how long does it take for deliveries?
I align with leading logistic service providers for shipping items in an attempt to ensure safe and speedy delivery of your orders.
Delivery within India ideally requires 5-7 business days to arrive the destination.

Deliveries to international destinations may take longer time. My estimate is anywhere between 10-15 days, depending on the logistic partner. Artwork ships in 4-5 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends as determined by the respective logistic partner.

What is your shipping charge?
I do not charge any shipping fee. Free shipping worldwide.

Is there any additional charge for international shipping?
Please note that customers outside India shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar local or international charges, if any, over and above ordinary product cost.

Do you have a return policy?
Please understand that all original paintings, fine art prints, and limited edition products are final sale, as each piece is created or printed with care and intention. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, I completely understand how disappointing that can be. While I take great care in packaging and quality control, transit issues can sometimes occur. If this happens, please email me with a photo of the damage or relevant proof, and I’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional shipping cost—especially if this is your first time experiencing an issue.
If you’d like to request a replacement for reasons other than damage (for example, a change of mind), I kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost. The original item will need to be returned to my studio before I can dispatch a replacement.
